Here are the recommended upload requirements for each platform.
From personal experience I have not had any issues with TikTok or YouTube Shorts, but Instagram will heavily compress your reel if you upload at a higher frame.
A frame rate of 30 seems to be the best setting when creating videos to upload to Instagram Reels. In addition, set the Reels Quality to “Upload at highest quality”.
A video size of 1080 x 1920 with a 9:16 aspect ratio is recommended. This is the best size for mobile phones and the content will utilize the entire screen.
